No I don’t have a stutter I’ve actually won two competitions since my last post.

I could have blogged about the first win last weekend but was waiting on the official announcement of the second one to share both lots of exciting news with you in the one post.

Last week was the final members night for Ballarat Writers and if you enjoy writing in any format come and join us in 2017, but back to the exciting news.

I won the Pamela Miller Memorial Flash Fiction prize for my story 2016. If you want to read the story it’s online here.

On the same night a photo competition was ending and I’ve been eagerly waiting to hear the official announcement of the winners and that just happened.

Congratulations! You won both first & second place in the people’s choice awards in last month’s Photography Challenge with Heart.

It was both an honor and a privilege to enter these two photos from my Journeys II series.

Both of these women have not only inspired me in my photography but also in life and I couldn’t be more thankful to everyone who voted for them.
