It’s a bumper Ballarat International Foto Biennale memory making Mondays post.
Thank you to all who helped me be part of this event, too many to name (though I tried on the night). From the few venues I was able to see on the weekend it’s everything I’ve been waiting for since the last one ended. So much variety from the subject matter, to the printing and framing. The Ballarat International Foto Biennale is amazing.
If you can get to Ballarat before it’s all over for another 2 years, do it. I’ll include more reviews next Monday but if you can only go to one venue other than The Grapes Hotel, get to Boah Organic, it’s a mini foto biennale unto itself, make sure you go upstairs.
If you’ve seen Journeys vote for your favorite now, combined with the votes from the venue (voting box at the bar) the favorite will be the subject of this weeks What inspires me Wednesday blog post as I share with you what inspired that one in the series.
As promised here is a short video of the fun from the opening night
