If you are still with me, it’s been 11 years since the Portuguese translation of Some Shorter than Others was released. It would be wonderful to win my first film festival in Portugal. With a theme of “Youmanization” F.O.A. felt like the perfect film to submit. Through this theme, the festival aims to inspire both artists and audiences, inviting a reflection on what it truly means to be human. In a rapidly changing world, reconnecting with our human essence has never been more important. Online voting ends 31st August 2026.
