Well I didn’t feel anywhere close to being coherent enough yesterday to make sure I did this post justice so here goes.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to making the official launch the success it was. I had the delightful task of ordering more books yesterday and postponing a scheduled appearance by a week to accommodate this.

Thanks once again to Sylvia Hollis who not only illustrated the book wonderfully but also assisted me with transportation on the day.

The original hand drawn illustrations are still on display at the library this week. It may be your last chance to see them on public display before they end up in someone’s private collection.

Congratulations to Kathie who won the collectors edition copy on the day.  I’ve got the delightful pleasure of delivering another collectors edition this week to the lucky lady who was the very first person to put down her hard earned money for a copy when pre orders where being taken.
