I was reminded recently while browsing a bookshelf of the life and story of Helen Keller. I’d seen a film based on her life as a child so thought it would be interesting to revisit that story now as an adult. It’s been a while since I’ve read an entire book in a single day, and it helps that the book is a rather short one. Her use of the english language and the way she describes things though. I paused multiple times to lose my self in the visualization of what she had written. I’ll try not to spoiler alert too much if you aren’t familiar with her life but if you are an artist in any form or ever overcome a struggle in life as Molly would say do yourself a favour and get yourself a copy.
