Many of the songs that Endless Refrain have released this year could be added to a World Mental Health Month playlist. Today I want to highlight three of the most obvious choices.
I originally wrote “Tomorrow” last year and released it as a spoken word video.
Endless Refrain took those words and released “Tomorrow” on their album Gust in August 2024.
What do the lyrics mean to you?
As shared previously “Down The Line” was inspired by someone sharing their struggles with thinking about ending their life on their local train line. To this day I don’t know if they are still with us or not. If this song helps save even one life it will have been worth all the work that went into releasing it.
“Just One” is another song that is what it is, because of someone else. It was written and recorded without an album in mind, which means, it may never have been released. The response from someone an early version of it was shared with led to it being added as a bonus song on Endless Refrain’s new album “Octagon”.
The video for “Just One” hasn’t been released yet but you can listen to it on sound.

Which songs would you add to your World Mental Health Month playlist? Let me know in the comments.
